Layered Mascarpone, Chocolate Cream and Pistachio Dessert

INGREDIENTS (two portions)

250 ml mascarpone cheese
1 tbsp of sugar
Approximately 3-4 tbsp. MULATE TAHINI chocolate spread
4 tbsp. Milk of your choice
~ 100 g shelled pistachios (salted)

METHOD

Mix mascarpone cheese with sugar and add 2 tbsp of milk.
Slightly warm chocolate spread in a saucepan or microwave until gently melted. Add 2 tbsp of milk.
When mascarpone and chocolate spread are perfect consistency, begin to layer:

1) Mascarpone.
2) Chocolate MULATE Tahini cream with sesame.
3) Pistachios.
4) Repeat all three steps again.
