Sinful Cupcakes With Berry Flavored Chocolate Spread
100 g butter
45 g raw cacao powder
150 g sugar
120 ml heavy whipping cream
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tbsp salt
Little amount of vanilla extract or a pinch of vanilla sugar
Mix all dry products.
Beat the eggs in a separate container, add the cream, dissolved butter and combine the mixture of dry products.
Bake in a 180-degree preheated oven for 15 minutes.
The cream is mixed with 100 g of cream (35%), 250 ml of MULATE BERRIES organic chocolate spread with lyophilized blackcurrants and raspberries and 2 tablespoons of sugar powder.
First, mix cream until smooth and then add slightly melted, cooled spread and sugar powder. If the cream is not thick enough, put it in the refrigerator for a little while.
Put the cream on cooled cupcakes, decorate with crushed chocolate and sage leaves.
